sigh.. my long week end off had past
but at least im done with the painting of my door and gate
yes, and it took me 3 days to do it
scrub, under coat and follow by the color coat
FINALLY, IT IS DONE!! : )
my first time DIY painting, realised it's all hard work, not easy
mr wee laughed at me for taking so long to paint one door
yes, but it is so much work
....
so now, more cleanings on the way
sigh!!

to waive or not to waive?
months back, one branch waived one OTT application service charge
reason being: difficult customer, demand for waiver
soon after, the management shoot emails to "gan" the branch
and shoot to all branches island wide
this is not acceptable, how could we-the branch staff just simply waived charges
hence, all branches take note
CANNOT ANY HOW WAIVE

..

but now it seems like management had forgotten
what was he (NAHBEAR) instructions being passed down
so now things got a little different from what the management (nahbear) told the branches
couple of weeks back,
customer was not happy with card replacement fee
and he wrote in to complain

customer went to one of the branches to do ATM card replacement
due to torn and damage
as per bank's standard service charge, any replacement of ATM card
customers have to pay a $5 for change of card
regards of any reason
so this customer was not happy with the charge
and the staff sensed ctmr's displeased
hence, she decided to waive for this ctmr
NOW, the cmtr is angry, he walked out of the branch without changing his card
and he wrote in to complain
about why in the first place we can waive for him
why must still tell him all the crappies of all the non-sense charges
and so, we received emails from nahbear again
telling us off, why didnt we just waived for cmtr for the sake of $5
instead of inviting complains
that poor staff, she was trying to her best to help ctmr
and yes she follow instructions from the top
......
so now, what should we do?
waive or not to waive?
........
the management is damn f*** up!
especially, that "nahbear"
damn "bo zi"
......
i am writing this post, not becos i am better
can do better,NO NO of cos im not!
just that i hope that management can understand our situations at branch
reminder to myself, nv regard to leave this f*** up org

nowadays, cmtrs are damn demanding and unreasonable
this is why not many people want to work in service line
as you can see more and more foreigners are taking up the positions
cos it is difficult as pple just think too highly of themselves
so what's wrong here? our education system?

it was a tiring day
my mum dragged me out from bed
"gal arh.. wake up and tidy up ur room!"

after lunch, we went to IKEA to look for new sofa set
but could not find somethings that suits my mum's taste
hence, we walk to next door-courts
finally, she got what she likes
so we settled for it
thank GOD we found it
it save all the walkings and hassle to go other furniture shops

coming up.. spring cleaning ...
and more cleaning...
chinese new year ah chinese new year
so ma fan!!

school started last week
lessons fell on mondays and thursdays
this semester is less taxing
as i am only taking two modules
yes, less stress compare to previous sem
and i have 3 assignments-2 individual and 1 group
wow can save up alot of time on doing extra reading

must achieve better results
i am sure will be more motivated to do so
cos Elaine and ezenn will be starting their course too
will be able to see each other on thursdays

met my classamate at bus stop
den we go to lecture room together

last friday meeting ended at 8pm reached home around 9
mum nv cooked and i was like too too tired to go and buy dinner
so i tried out this new favor of Korean instant noodles
"zhajiangmain"
when hungry eat quite nice, but after eating the feeling not so great
maybe the portion is too big for me

wah piang eh!

I hurt my back, think pull my muscle while doing stretching

in the post when doing ballet this happened often

and was rather common to have muscle ache over the body

but not this time as the pain has irritate me for months

finally, mr wee bought me to this Chinese physician at Bedok Reservoir Rd

at last im feeling better already
spent $25, cant claim from my employer
sianz!

Happy New Year to family and friends

Wish everyone a great great year of 2010 ahead

This is the time to reflect on the past year and see how much I have achieved and experienced,

and turn those lessons learnt into better decisions for the coming year

I had a look at the list of 'resolutions' I made at the start of 2009,

hoping I had accomplished them but NAH...

In fact I have long forgotten my list

(Actually, I see no pint of pending all these so-call resolutions, and forget in no time.

Yet, it is my obligation to do so every year,

at least I can get my butt moves to accomplished matters or else I would be totally aimless)

But here's some memorable happenings in 2009:

First Quarter of 2009

Complete my general insurance certificates

(upon certified, horrible GI number started,

sales target is stressful. A new break- through, the very first time I cried in-front of my boss)

Second Quarter of 2009

A trip to Aussie - Perth with Mr Wee

(it was a great trip that I had enjoyed very much.

After that trip, I hate the environment im living in now

hence, migration came to my mind, will do so when time is appropriate)

Third Quarter of 2009

Started on my Uni course

(Took up RMIT - Bachelor of Business (management) at SIM)

Fourth Quarter of 2009

A trip to Malaysia – Penang with Mum

(Although, it was a short holiday,

but I enjoyed and treasured the precious time that I spent with my mum)

So coming into 2010, I hope I do more and better in terms of my work or school

So in year 2010:

Must study hard and graduate by 2010

(So as to save cost and time)

Bring my sister over to study

The list can go on and on but to keep it short,

just want to list down the 2 most important tasks

To review what I wrote last year:

To my mum - HEALTH and WEALTH!

(yes, this still stands)

To mr wee - Cheers to our long lasting relationship and we are approaching

SIX YEAR ANNIVERSARY in one month's time.

When can I have my 1 carat?

So I hopefully by year end of 2010, I will be happily celebrating my achievements
